THEREFORE, we cannot leave jia ling out ! So tada! Our brain work to combine YIN LIU, XIN SHAN and LEE JIA LING together! When u put LING and YIN together, u get LYIN (pronounced as LYNN btw) and the surname shall of course be LEE and the chi name... -drum rolls- is..

XIN JIA !

Thus we get LYIN LEE XIN JIA. Which is also neighbourhood new house ! HAHAHA!
